Under this background, Kinjirushi developed the "cryogenic grating method". It can keep the fragrance intact at the ultralow temperature of -196℃ and avoid oxidization. Therefore, Wasabi can still keep its original fragrance and piquancy after being made into products, and then be delivered to consumers.

Moreover, it makes use of microorganism to successfully perform the composting of residuals generated during processing. The residuals of Wasabi are kept for the cultivation of Wasabi, so as to realize recycle and reuse.
